KBR Strikes Again....

KBR charged with bribing Nigerian officials for contracts

The former Halliburton subsidiary KBR has been charged with bribing Nigerian government officials with "tens of millions of dollars" to obtain "billions of dollars in contracts," according to court documents filed late Friday in Houston, Texas.

Once thought to be the world's leading company in every facet, KBR has, in recent times, been accused of everything from bribery to killing a soldier in Iraq to harboring Al-Qaeda terrorists in its work staff.

Official spokesperson for KBR, Khalid Esmail, replied in an email, "I just think that the Pakistani/Israeli conflict needs to get solved already. And why are we bringing Nigeria into this? Hasn't Hakeem done enough for us that we make them an allie already? We are not providing further comment at this time. By the way, KBR is the greatest company in the world. Go Tigers."
